Ingredients for Growth - Humility
Curiosity allows us to be open to new ideas and information. Humility allows us to be open to changing our mind, when the new information warants it. Humility is, in my experience, the hardest of the two to cultivate. Being humble can feel very threatening to our ego. Admitting we might be wrong requires us to face our mistakes and take responsibility for our actions, for the possible harm we have done to ourselves and others.
