From People-Pleasing to Purpose: My 20-Year Journey (and Yours)
Twenty years ago, I was a mother gripped by fear—fear of a premature birth, panic every time my toddler cried, and the heavy weight of social anxiety. Then, I discovered Resonance Repatterning®. In one session the panic and the fear that had defined my daily life disolved! I saw my children’s separation anxiety vanish and felt my own "people-pleasing" armor start to crack. Since then, these tools have been my compass—through a move to Brazil, through the challenges of raising a family in a new culture, learning a new language and through my own rebirth.
I went from putting my needs last and living in resentment and exhaustion to holding healthy boundaries and meeting life with energy and joy. Whether it's clearing emotional blocks to be a better parent, or finding the courage to prioritize your own soul, I know the way out because I’ve walked it.

Twenty years on, I am a mother of two, wonderful, young adult children and still live in São Paulo, Brazil. I enjoy playing badminton, competing in tournaments and dancing in a Greek dance group. I also teach Resonance Repatterning® through the Resonance Repatterning® International Institute.
