Join me for a deep dive into what causes our struggle to embrace the power of being female and unlock a reality in which we are confident, authentic and abundant women - whatever that looks like for each one of us.
Here is what we will cover:
We will talk about the most common compensations we develop in childhood to get our need for attention and love met and explore generational patters we may be repeating.
I will share my own journey and how the tools I have used can be used to support us all to let go of these compensations and patterns that are not serving us women.
